Operational Support

  • Accurately generate and support purchase orders based on validated requisitions and specifications.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to fulfill operational demands efficiently.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Receive and verify purchase invoices against purchase orders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Review incoming bills and statements from vendors to confirm their correctness.
  • Evaluate alternative products based on specifications and performance criteria.

Business Development

  • Address and resolve issues through Jira ticketing system.
  • Create and maintain user guides for the E-Commerce team.
  • Engage with solution providers to troubleshoot complex challenges.
  • Enhance website functionality and user experience to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Customer Engagement

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with post-purchase service issues.
  • Clearly communicate company policies to clients.
  • Manage and track customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Conduct data entry and analysis to support the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in E-Commerce or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various online applications.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp E-Commerce business concepts and new applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus.
