Position Summary

The MRI Technologist is responsible for operating MRI scanning equipment and ensuring the safety of patients during the scanning process. The technologist produces high-quality images used by radiologists to diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate MRI scanning equipment to produce high-quality images
* Ensure patient safety during the scanning process
* Communicate procedural information to radiologists
* Prepare and assess image quality

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent, required
* AA+ degree in a related field, preferred
* ARRT certification as a radiologic technologist
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Prior radiology experience, preferred
