Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in PCU/Stepdown nursing;">
  • Familiarity with Pyxis medication systems and EPIC charting software;">
  • Current BCLS and ACLS certifications;">
  • Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias;">
  • Knowledge of Rapid Response Teams and competency in gastrointestinal care;">
  • Proficiency in feeding tube care, IV therapy, phlebotomy, and starting IVs;">
  • Previous experience with blood product administration and understanding of peripheral line care and management;">
  • Oncology experience, specifically in inpatient oncology and/or outpatient chemo infusion center.">

As a Travel Nurse RN in our Cross Train to Oncology Program, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience;">
  • A regular work schedule of 36-40 shifts per week during orientation, followed by 36 shifts afterward;">
  • Rotating day and night shifts every 4 weeks;">
  • Mandatory availability for alternating weekend shifts;">
