RD Nutrition Consultants is seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team of healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping individuals recover from eating disorders and a deep understanding of the complexities of these conditions.

We provide our consultants with competitive wages and flexible work schedules.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, with 1 evening shift per week with approximate hours of 11:00am-7:00pm.

Annual Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.

At least 3 years of clinical experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nutritional Assessment: Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments.
  • Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
  • Meal Planning and Monitoring: Collaborate with patients to create meal plans and provide guidance and support during meal times.
  • Nutritional Education and Counseling: Conduct individual and group nutrition therapy sessions to address the psychological aspects of eating disorders.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and treatment planning.
  • Documentation and Progress Monitoring: Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient assessments, interventions, and progress.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of eating disorders and nutrition therapy.

Qualifications:

· Registered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration)

· Experience working with individuals with eating disorders

· Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport with patients

· Knowledge of Health at Every Size (HAES) principles and anti-diet approach

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
