Position Summary:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a clinical setting. The role involves working directly with clients in various environments, including home, clinic, and community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians.
- Provide parent training and support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field (Required).
- BCBA Certification (Required).
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring 25 billable hours within a 35-hour work week. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts.
Compensation:
Starting salary is competitive, with a base of $110,000 and potential for growth.
