Principal Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our team at Burdine Law Firm PLLC. As a senior attorney, you will play a key role in representing our clients in a variety of legal matters.

• Case Management: Oversee and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client matters.
• Client Counseling: Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on legal options and strategies, helping them make informed decisions.
• Court Appearances: Represent clients in court, arguing motions and presenting cases with confidence and expertise.
• Research and Writing: Conduct thorough research and draft high-quality legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure seamless client service and efficient case management.

• Education: Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a strong track record of success.
• Skills: Excellent research and writing skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: Membership in the local bar association, with active membership preferred.
