Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license and diploma or associate degree in nursing.
