As a Facilities Manager at Turner & Townsend, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team focused on delivering transformational programs in the real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors. Your day will be filled with leading and guiding store teams, conducting routine site visits, and coordinating quarterly store visits to assess store operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Guidance: Lead and guide store teams to ensure successful daily walk-throughs, tracking and documenting new issues in the Preservation Work Order Management system.
- Routine Site Visits: Perform scheduled visits to identify and document store experience issues in close communication with store, market, and global retail support leadership.
- Quarterly Store Visits: Coordinate quarterly visits with Market/Store Leadership and Global Retail Support partners to assess store operations from a holistic perspective, focusing on safety and security.
- Monthly/Quarterly Reviews: Prepare detailed reviews of store assets, Service Provider performance, partnerships, updates on major incidents, and comprehensive business reviews reflecting financial and operational performance.
- Familiarity with Facilities Operations: Solid knowledge of facilities maintenance operations and their management.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and guide teams, foster strong Service Provider partnerships, and effectively delegate work.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and facilitation skills, effective in various formal presentation settings.
