Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Part-Time Hatchery Laborer to join our team at Broadway Hatchery. As a Hatchery Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks, including chick pull, cleaning of incubation equipment, egg transfer, and delivery of chicks to farms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with chick pull and egg transfer
  • Clean and maintain incubation equipment
  • Deliver chicks to farms
  • Perform general labor tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs and push/pull 450 lb buggies
  • Comfortable working in hot, wet, and dusty environments
