Kitting Specialist

Magneto & Diesel Injector Service Inc is seeking a skilled Kitting Associate to join our team. As a Kitting Associate, you will play a critical role in processing and moving inventory from production into a single package.

• Operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and store parts.
• Identify multiple elements of the kit, following the assembly order on what inventory to pull to form the kit.
• Packages products using specific shipping containers and protective padding.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• High attention to detail.
• Experience operating a forklift; ability to be certified in Forklift operation.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
• High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand throughout shift, less breaks and lunch.
• Warehouse environment that can include exposure to loud noises, fumes/odors, extreme temperatures, dirt, and dust.
