Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at HX5, LLC. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems, networks, and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity programs, policies, and procedures to protect our systems and data.
  • Analyze information systems and networks to identify vulnerabilities and conduct risk assessments.
  • Conduct security inspections, assessments, and reviews to ensure compliance with DoD policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity controls and take corrective action in response to security incidents.
  • Lead or participate in Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization efforts and provide advice on emerging cybersecurity technology and doctrine issues.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, resource, and execute cybersecurity requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations to support cybersecurity efforts.
Requirements
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 6 years of directly related experience.
  • Must have a current DoD M IAT Level II certification and an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Must be able to work on-site to access classified systems.
  • Desirable qualifications include experience with Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator, Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG).
