Psychiatrist Opportunity in Texas

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing private practice group near Dallas, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, identify, diagnose, and treat patients with behavioral or emotional disorders for ages 16 and up.
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medication, and evaluate treatment results.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and therapists, to manage patient challenges and behavioral dysfunction.

Requirements:

  • Psychiatrist License to practice in Texas.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent and dependable work schedule (8-5 M-F).
  • Experience working with patients ages 16 and up, individually or with their families, as needed.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with patients.
  • Working knowledge of EMR/EHR, highly organized, and problem-solving ability.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
