We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Tanisha Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes and systems to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manufacturing work instructions and process maps
  • Work with ERP systems, such as SAP, to manage Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up
  • Ensure compliance with quality, EHS, and ergonomics standards
  • Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in Manufacturing background with preferably in the railway industry
  • Technical experience of Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, and Lean Manufacturing
  • Experience in working with ERP systems, such as SAP, for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up
  • Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics
  • Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools, such as CATIA and DELMIA
  • Familiar with IS common tools and Process FMEA, QRQC
