We are seeking an experienced School Counselor to join our team at Richard Milburn Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive school counseling program that addresses the needs of all students
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

Requirements:
• Master's degree in School Counseling or related field
• Valid Florida Educator Certificate in School Counseling (PK – 12)
