We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pet Grooming Professional to join our team at Doguroo. As a key member of our pet care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our furry friends, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Grooming Services: Ensure that all pets receive a professional-quality groom that meets or exceeds their owner's expectations.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Clean and disinfect the grooming area, drying rooms, and equipment to prevent the spread of diseases and maintain a healthy environment for our pets.
  • Communicate Effectively: Meet and greet clients, discuss grooming instructions, and provide report cards to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work Collaboratively: Collaborate with other departments, including Resort Hosts, to schedule grooming appointments and ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve any customer service issues, and grow business by rescheduling appointments.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document pet grooming services, including breed standards, breed cuts, and any health concerns.
Requirements
  • Professional Grooming Certifications: Preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Two to four years of professional grooming experience, with strong knowledge of individual breed standards and breed cuts.
  • Scissoring Techniques: Proficient in using proper scissoring techniques.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle dogs of all sizes, lift up to 60 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
