Server Representative

Company Overview: Sahm's Village Ale House of WestClay is a welcoming dining establishment in beautiful West Clay, offering a fun environment for our guests. We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Server Representatives to join our team. This role comes with a competitive hourly rate of $2.13 plus tips. As a Server Representative, you will play a key role in providing an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests within five minutes of taking their seats, maintaining a clean table throughout the guest's stay, taking food and beverage orders, highlighting any specials of the day, and providing refills. You will also be responsible for accurately and timely ordering, upselling when appropriate, and using our POS system to ring in orders. Effective communication with the Kitchen and support staff is crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you will need to properly deliver checks and complete payments. If you have good written and verbal communication skills, can stand and walk for at least 4 hours per shift, multitask in a fast-paced environment, manage money effectively, and meet the age requirements (16 years old or older, depending on location), we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
