Fatherhood Specialist

Responsibilities:

* Facilitate group facilitation using the 24/7 Dad curriculum
* Manage online participation of ProFathering program
* Conduct community outreach to recruit new participants
* Work closely with the surrounding community providing advocacy and referral services

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in social work or related human services field
* Must have completed the 24/7 Dad curricula training or be able to attain such certification within the first year of employment
* One year of related experience preferred

Work Environment:

* Home-based office, Community Settings
* Range of Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, Occasional Saturday s for planned events
* Travel: Frequent (Must have reliable transportation and valid Texas Driver License)
