Auburn University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Hydrogeology. As a Research Hydrogeologist, you will contribute to ongoing research in water quality, climate change, community sustainability, and resilience. You will teach courses in hydrogeology, environmental geology, and geo-statistics, and develop a rigorous, externally funded research program.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in hydrogeology, including Hydrogeology Fundamentals, Environmental Geochemistry, and Geostatistical Methods. They will also be expected to mentor students in their research projects and advise on the development of new courses in their area of expertise.

Requirements
  1. Ph.D. in geosciences, geology, geography, or a related field at the time of appointment
