This role involves advanced end-to-end engineering tasks, including designing, developing, analyzing, configuring, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documenting, health monitoring/alerting, and implementing based on user or system specifications.

You will work independently to tackle well-scoped and loosely scoped problems, seeking opportunities to expand your technical knowledge and capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Programming/Development Experience: Four years preferred, with two years minimum.\
  • Tech Skillset: Experience with React, NodeJS, Mongo Atlas, AWS, Terraform, Okta, and Call Center Technology.\
  • Delivery Skills: Intermediate delivery skills, including estimating accurate timelines for tasks and delivering work at a steady, predictable pace.\
  • Domain Expertise: Demonstrated track record of domain expertise, understanding technical concepts necessary to do the job effectively.\
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem solver who ensures solutions are built for the long term.\
  • Communication: Strong communicator who can articulate information clearly and concisely with the business.\
  • Leadership: Intermediate leadership skills with the ability to help create a safe environment for others to learn and grow.\
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required.\
  • Salary Range: $117,200 - $193,400 annually.\
