Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Christmas Driver to join our team at The Salvation Army USA Central Territory. As a Christmas Driver, you will be responsible for providing transportation and coordination for kettle season, ensuring a positive work atmosphere and fostering good relationships with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport Bell Ringers and kettles to and from sites
  • Maintain equipment and ensure all kettle workers are clean and presentable
  • Provide badges to workers when dropped off
  • Coordinate with Kettle Coordinator/Corps Officer on disciplinary problems
  • Log drop off & pick up times of Bell Ringer on route sheet and have Bell Ringer sign-off
  • Conduct periodical site checks to ensure workers are working
  • Assist with daily counting of monies as needed
  • Secure monies at all times
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures related to assignments
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • 1 year related experience with a good knowledge of the area
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • Clearance of TSA MVR check
