Clinical Nurse Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Telemetry Unit setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in heart and kidney transplant programs and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Facility: Our hospital is a level II trauma center and an accredited cancer care program, offering a range of specialized services to our patients. Located in northeast Indiana, we provide a unique blend of urban and rural living, with plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation and cultural enrichment.
Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse in our Telemetry Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in ongoing education and professional development.
