About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Action Behavior Centers. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children with Autism reach their full potential.
  • Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting, working closely with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collect data and implement treatment plans for each child, ensuring their unique needs are met.
  • Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values.

Requirements
