Job Summary

IntelyCare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of nursing professionals. As a CNA with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute facilities, providing high-quality care to residents while enjoying flexible schedules and competitive pay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, including measuring and monitoring vital signs, reporting to supervisors as necessary, and observing resident conditions during shifts.
  • Be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans, and communicating with medical staff and residents as needed.
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Offer a compassionate ear to residents and provide companionship, and serve as a conduit between medical staff and residents.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Effective organizational skills and communication skills.
  • Appropriate bedside manner.
