We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Upfitter to join our team at United Radio. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and removing various types of emergency equipment on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and remove emergency equipment such as lights, sirens, and radios
  • Routine maintenance and repair of vehicle electrical systems
  • Work with other employees to execute efficient and quality installations
  • Provide direct customer service as needed

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of automobile electronics (12 Volt systems)
  • Proficiency using basic hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift, squat, kneel, stoop, bend, lay down, twist, climb, stand, sit, etc.
  • Basic automotive (12-Volt) electrical knowledge along with general automotive experience is preferred
