Porter - Cullen Oaks

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Porter to join our team at Cullen Oaks in Houston, TX. As a Porter, you will play a critical role in maintaining the interior and exterior buildings and grounds of our student housing community.

• Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of buildings and grounds, adhering to Basic Operating Systems & Standards.
• Assist the maintenance team with work orders, moving furniture, and unloading and storing supplies.
• Participate in groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and pressure washing.
• Contribute to apartment make-ready duties, including trash outs, cleaning, and painting.
• Vacuum, mop, and/or shampoo floors in resident rooms and common areas, stock bathrooms, and empty trash in designated areas.

• Three to six months of related experience and/or training.
• The ability to drive a golf cart and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of general labor, housekeeping, and cleaning tasks.
• The ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.
• Participation in On-Call rotation may be required.
