Academic Physiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Academic Physiatrist to join our team at The Fitness Lab - The Functional Movement and Rehab Specialists. As an Academic Physiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our clinical education programs.

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic and sports-related injuries
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Conduct research and present findings at conferences and workshops
• Teach and mentor students and residents in our clinical education programs
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care

• Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree
• 2+ years of experience in orthopedic and sports physical therapy
• Advanced manual therapy skills and a strong exercise/strength and conditioning background
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
