The Bistro Attendant is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Bistro Attendant, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest interaction is warm, friendly, and memorable.
Responsibilities- Guest Service: Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
- Food and Beverage Service: Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Table Management: Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed, and prepare buffet stations for food set up.
- Communication: Be familiar with the operation of the P.O.S. system, answer the telephone according to standards, and have a complete knowledge of standards of service for receiving a room service order.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately, and maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
- Experience: Must have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
