Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with personal hygiene tasks including bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers
  • Accompany clients to their scheduled appointments
  • Assist with both active and passive mobility exercises while documenting any changes
  • Carry out light housekeeping duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • At least one (1) year of experience in caregiving
  • Valid and current CNA Certification in Illinois
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Valid driver's license with a reliable and insured vehicle
  • Compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, push, and pull as required
