Position Overview:- Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool
- Shift: Nights, 36 hours per week
- Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Nursing School, BSN preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license in Massachusetts, BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Experience: Preferred 6 months to 1 year of RN experience in a specialized area
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Deliver direct clinical care to patients
- Evaluate, plan, and execute patient care strategies
- Oversee nursing staff and maintain high standards of care
