Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Sullivan County Health Care. As a key member of our admissions department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet and direct visitors, volunteers, and other members of the public by providing general information and directions in accordance with accepted practices and management's direction.
  • Telephone Management: Answer and appropriately route all incoming calls using a multi-line telephone.
Work Schedule:

Hours/Schedule will vary within the following time frames:

  • 8am-8pm weekends and some holidays
Compensation:

Rate of pay is $15.00/hr plus shift differential. Shift differential includes:

  • $2/hour - 2nd shift
  • 20% of base rate of pay for all Weekend shifts
Requirements:

This position is not eligible for benefits. Mandatory post-offer physical and drug testing for new hire. Criminal records check required.
