Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day clinical activities of our healthcare team, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer and record prescribed medications, as well as monitor patients' medical information and vital signs
  • Assess patients' ability to perform routine daily tasks and recognize and manage geriatric syndromes
  • Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
  • Communicate effectively with family members regarding patient care
  • Record all care information accurately and completely, in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • New York State Registered Professional Nurse licensure
  • Experience in long-term care facilities preferred
  • Able to interpret patient information and make critical decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to supervise and work well with other healthcare personnel
