About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respite Provider to join our team at Community Partners, Inc. As a Respite Provider, you will play a critical role in supporting families and caregivers by providing respite care to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respite care in the client's home, promoting a safe and comfortable environment
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as eating, drinking, and personal care
  • Engage clients in activities that promote socialization, recreation, and relaxation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (for some positions)
