We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Tech II to join our team at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities:- Perform sonography procedures, including routine and interventional sonograms, under the direction of a Radiologist.
- Participate in Performance Improvement and Quality Improvement activities to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Work within established policies and procedures, adhering to safety and infection control guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology and/or School of Sonography.
- Current registration/licensure/certification in good standing with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Minimum of one year of hospital department experience in medical sonography, including biopsies.
