Position Overview: Remobi is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong focus on Observability to enhance our architectural capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document enterprise architecture frameworks, focusing on Observability.
  • Create high-level designs (HLDs) and architectural artifacts that align with business objectives.
  • Understand and apply SLOs (Service Level Objectives), SLIs (Service Level Indicators), and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive architectural vision.
  • Produce diagrams and visual representations of infrastructure related to Observability.
  • Provide guidance on technology frameworks and components, including but not limited to ServiceNow.
  • Maintain a tool-agnostic approach while implementing best practices and target architectures.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Observability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on Observability.
  • Familiarity with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks is highly desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to create architectural artifacts, including blueprints and HLDs.
  • Experience with SLO, SLI, and SRE methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the Observability space and its constructs.
  • Excellent diagramming and visualization skills for infrastructure-related concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
