We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Nurse with DaVita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for delivering high-quality services. As a Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Nursing (A.D.N., B.S.N., or diploma from an accredited program).
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the facility is located.
  • Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
