Insulation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Insulation Specialist to join our team at ShalePro Energy Services, LLC. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing insulation on process piping and equipment to control noise and maintain temperatures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations. You will work closely with our experienced team to apply, remove, and repair insulation on equipment, pipes, ductwork, or other mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine the amounts of required insulation material to perform a job
• Moves materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site
• Fits insulation around obstructions, and shapes insulating materials and protective coverings as required
• Installs sheet metal around insulated pipes in order to protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage
• Completes records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities
• Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
