Housekeeping Runner Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Runner to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Housekeeping Runner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including information about resort services and activities.
  • Ensure that all requests are delivered in a timely manner and that all items delivered to guest rooms are clean and in working order.
  • Check storerooms for availability of cribs, highchairs, pack & play, and bed rails, and ensure they are in safe condition.
  • Report maintenance deficiencies to maintain room compliance with resort standards.
  • Replenish linen and guest amenities.
  • Assist co-workers as requested.
Requirements:
  • Previous hospitality experience.
  • High School / GED.
  • Previous related experience.
  • Ability to lift 75lbs; push/pull carts of 150lbs.
  • Ability to read and recognize room numbers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form.
