Studio Director

The Mayweather Boxing + Fitness Studio Director is responsible for the overall success and production of the studio. This role requires a strong focus on delivering an exceptional member experience, addressing member concerns, employee relations issues, and overseeing scheduling and time-keeping activities.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve studio goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, attendance, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the ownership team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
• Serve as a liaison between the studio and other departments within the organization.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Achieve monthly revenue growth targets.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular feedback and follow-up.
• Ensure accurate and efficient execution of company policies and procedures.

• Current CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; four-year degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of fitness industry experience.
• Experience in management/employee relations.
