Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, administering medications and treatments as needed
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents
  • Monitor and review patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary
  • Train and supervise nursing staff, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
  • Document patient medical interventions and histories accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
  • Current North Carolina state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
