Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Caregiving Executive to join our team at Caldera Care in the Pacific Northwest. As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents, and managing staff to achieve exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage employees, including attendance and disciplinary action, to ensure a positive work environment and excellent patient care.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and implement strategies to maximize revenue opportunities, including ancillary services.
  • Labor Planning: Develop and manage labor budgets, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and optimal staffing ratios.
  • Risk Management: Implement and manage risk management programs to ensure resident safety and well-being.

Requirements:
  • Licensure: Must possess a valid WA NHA license.
  • Experience: Prior experience as an Administrator is preferred.
  • Communication: Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
