Sentara Health is seeking a dedicated Associate Chaplain to provide spiritual care and support to patients, families, and staff across our Virginia Beach and Norfolk hospitals.

Shift and Hours: This role requires flexibility, with rotating shifts from 5 p.m. and on weekends, including some Sunday day shifts.

  • Responsibilities: Provide on-call coverage for 4 Sentara Hospitals, responding within 30-45 minutes, and work a varying schedule of 4-6 weeks.
  • Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Religion & Theology, 1 Unit Clinical Pastoral Education, and hospital experience.
