Key Responsibilities- Assist veterinarians with medical procedures and exams
- Monitor and maintain patient vital signs and medical records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their owners
- Current certification as a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a veterinary technician, preferably in emergency medicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures
