As a Field Technician/Mechanic, you will be responsible for traveling to customer locations to diagnose and repair material handling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair material handling equipment at customer locations
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Interact with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide solutions
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- 3 or more years of experience in diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in the material handling industry
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Driver's license with a good driving record
- CDL preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
