Key Responsibilities:

The Utility Person/Dishwasher is a vital member of our Golden Corral team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Cleanliness and Organization:

  • Provides clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
  • Cleans the inside and outside of the restaurant, including the parking lot and restrooms.
  • Empties trash and maintains the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area.
  • Thoroughly cleans and organizes the utility area.

Operational Excellence:

  • Stocks Cook, Line, and Server areas with necessary supplies.
  • Maintains excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness.
  • Reports equipment and facility problems to management.

Guest Service:

  • Knows and follows position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
