We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Billings Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current Montana state license as a registered nurse, or compact nursing license with ability to obtain a MT RN license within 90 days of hire date.
- At least one year of RN experience in a hospital setting.
- ACLS certification preferred or ability to successfully complete ACLS training within two years of hire.
