Role Overview
The Residential Care Assistant will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily living activities. This includes assistance with personal care, household tasks, transportation, meal preparation, shopping, medication management, mobility support, and continence care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Support: Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by facilitating social interactions and creating a secure environment. Provide reminders for essential activities such as eating, toileting, and hydration. Monitor clients' health and report any changes to their families.
