About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Kohl's. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized beauty recommendations to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate expertise in beauty products and trends, and inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance, and department cleanliness and hygiene.
• Support omni-processing within the department and assist with inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Act with integrity and honesty, and foster a culture of teamwork and inclusivity.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for beauty and a client-facing retail or service industry background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
