Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Body Shop Technician to join our team at Tom Hesser Dealerships. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine and repair damaged parts to ensure vehicles are returned to their original condition.
  • Communicate clearly with our Body Shop Manager to ensure seamless repair processes.
  • Collaborate with our parts department to obtain necessary components.
  • Document all repairs and materials used to maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and regulations, including the disposal of hazardous waste.

Requirements

  • 2 years of body shop technical experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a vocational program preferred, but not required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Clean and valid driver's license.
