We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Body Shop Technician to join our team at Tom Hesser Dealerships. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine and repair damaged parts to ensure vehicles are returned to their original condition.
- Communicate clearly with our Body Shop Manager to ensure seamless repair processes.
- Collaborate with our parts department to obtain necessary components.
- Document all repairs and materials used to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Follow all company safety procedures and regulations, including the disposal of hazardous waste.
Requirements
- 2 years of body shop technical experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a vocational program preferred, but not required.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Clean and valid driver's license.
