Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Winston Staffing LLC. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer general, MAC, and regional anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage patient airways, vital signs, and anesthesia equipment to maintain a safe and stable environment.
  • Participate in pre-anesthesia evaluations, anesthesia planning, and post-anesthesia care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement anesthesia plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements:
  • Current CRNA certification and licensure in the state of South Carolina.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric anesthesia care.
  • Proficiency in Epic EMR/Documentation system.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with arterial line insertion and management.
  • Knowledge of pediatric anesthesia protocols and guidelines.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
