Your Responsibilities as a Care Partner:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Foster independence and provide emotional support through compassionate care and companionship.
- Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and programs.
- Facilitate open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
Qualifications We Value:
- A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit, with a passion for working with individuals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Current HCA or CNA certification in WA, or a commitment to obtain one within 200 days of hire.
- Experience in direct care services with older adults is preferred, along with relevant training or education.
- Prior experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or similar settings is advantageous.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
